🚨 Swatting Incident
- 1. End stream → switch to privacy scene
- 2. Call lead mod (code phrase: "Switch to violet overlay")
- 3. Keep hands visible; comply with responders
- 4. After incident: obtain case number
- 5. Notify platform Safety team
- 6. Secure VOD as evidence
- 7. Contact legal counsel if needed
- 8. Update mods and community carefully
⚠️ Account Compromise
- 1. Revoke all OAuth app permissions immediately
- 2. Rotate all passwords (unique per account)
- 3. Sign out all active sessions
- 4. Enable hardware security keys everywhere
- 5. Update recovery codes and store securely
- 6. Check and verify payout account details
